Labour per person per hour: £20.00 (VAT inc) + waste removal cost

Labour/ Half day (4 hours): £80.00 (VAT inc) per man + waste removal cost

Labour/ Full day (8 hours): £160.00 (VAT inc) man + waste removal cost

Waste removal / Green waste: £50 – £100 (VAT inc) depending on amount, can be more

Other wastes: If you want us to also remove waste other than green waste, we can do so but at a higher cost due to higher waste charges for disposal for this type of waste. Just let us know what you want removed and we will give you a price.

Garden Maintenance Prices and Costs in London: Accepted Quotations (any work other than Garden Maintenance)

Labour day rate: £160.00 (VAT inc) per man.

Waste removal: Depending on type and amount, from £50 (VAT inc) to around £300  (VAT inc).

Skip: For some jobs, a skip would be required. Price will depend on availability and the size of the skip.

Materials: Will be clearly listed in your quotation and depends on type and size of project.

While larger jobs are usually priced via a fixed quote, most garden maintenance work can be done per hour.

This fungi thrives during wet cycles and while the fruiting bodies can simply be swept off with a broom, if the problem persists, eventually it is a case of digging down, replacing the soil and resowing the area with grass seed.

“Red thread is another problem that has flared up after heavy spells of rain. Gardeners can help protect their lawns by feeding grass to keep it in tip-top condition, as this is a disease that thrives in low fertility.”
